Red caviar that tastes like melon at culinary show

Molecular gastronomy masterpieces have been on offer at the opening of a week of Spanish cuisine in Moscow as a famous chef from Barcelona, Ferran Adria, staged a gastro show in one of the capital’s restaurants. Guests were invited to taste pistachio puree cooked in liquid nitrogen and red caviar with the flavor of a melon.
