Medvedev and Putin catch fish and dive on Volga River

President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin took some R&R on the Volga River, Astrakhan Region, on August 16. They drove motorboats, fished and took several underwater photos.

Both Medvedev and Putin are licensed to drive motorboats, according to the Kremlin’s press-service. While driving motorboats along the river the president and the prime minister enjoyed the Volga’s picturesque landscapes. Having chosen a good place to fish, the two cast their lines.
