Scorching heat will remain in Moscow over the next days, with temperatures of 32-34 degrees Celsius, an expert from Russia’s weather predicting center Fobos said. However, on Sunday the high temperatures will ease.

People in the United States had less success as a deadly heat wave gripped the country. Sweating crowds on the East Coast and in the Midwest flocked to waterfronts and urban cooling centers to escape heat that has killed at least 22 people this week.
