Friday, 18 June 2010 12:55

A special plane dispatched by the Emergencies Ministry transported the refugees from Kyrgyzstan to Moscow on the night of June 18. The 97 passengers, all of them Russian citizens, were met at Domodedovo airport by relatives, officials from the Emergencies Ministry, as well as doctors and psychologists.
Osh is in a “terrible” state, one of the refugees said. The city has been almost completely looted, and many houses and shops have been burned down.
