On October 17−20, the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) held a plenary meeting in Dublin, Ireland, which a Russian delegation attended.

The participants held a constructive and business-like discussion of current issues related to the proliferation of missiles and related products and technologies. They agreed that MTCR is a positive example of mutually beneficial cooperation in the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction aimed at the common goal of strengthening international peace and security.

The Russian delegation organised a photo exhibition devoted to the 60th anniversary of the world’s first artificial satellite.
