Mr General Secretary,

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to have a meeting with you during our visit.

President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev would both like to convey their warmest greetings and best wishes to you.

We are fully committed to the maintenance of relations of a comprehensive strategic partnership, which cover all parts of our bilateral relations.

We have achieved very good results in trade, economic and investment  spheres, which is proved by the Agreement on Free Trade Area between the Eurasian Economic Union and Vietnam.

We share rich traditions in the field of fuel and energy. There are good prospects for the development of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, as well as tourism and cultural and humanitarian exchanges. We expect to reach additional agreements in all these spheres during this visit and move our relations forward.
