The condolences to President and Prime Minister of India on human casualties caused by the act of terror in the state of Assam.

Kindly accept my deepest condolences on numerous human casualties caused by the act of terror in the state of Assam.

We strongly condemn this barbaric crime and support the efforts of the Indian government to counter any forms of terrorism. We are ready to intensify cooperation in fighting against this evil.

I request you to convey my sincere condolences to the dear and near ones of the deceased and wishes of speedy recovery to those who suffered injuries from the hands of the terrorists.
