The Russian side jointly with the Syrian government continue implementation of post-conflict measures in the Syrian provinces.

Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, there are still cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations in the Idlib de-escalation zone. During the day terrorists carried out shelling attacks against positions of government troops in the towns of Mamuhiyah (2), Beyt-Zivan, Qabuh, Deirouna, Chakruran, Royset Rushu, Dagdan, Ikko, Arafit (2), Safsafa (2), Sandran (2), Ruset-Eskonder and Qermel Mountains (2) in Latakia province, Zalaqiyat, Hama province, Maqanis al-Duwayri, Zahra, al-Amara, Qudehi, Hara, Khaleb al-Jadid (5) districts of Aleppo city.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides urges leaders of illegal armed formations operating  in the Idlib de-escalation zone to cease hostilities and move towards peaceful settlement of the situation in areas they occupy.

Under the auspices of the Russian Center for Reconciliation, former militants of illegal armed groups in the provinces of Daraa and Quneitra, decided to stop resistance, and surrendered to government forces one anti-aircraft weapons, one heavy machine gun, small arms as well as ammunition for small arms and mortars of various types and calibers.

Representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation carried out a humanitarian action in the settlement of al-Rastan, Homs province. People received 650 food sets with a total weight of 2.8 tons.

Representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation checked the availability of medications and quality of medical care provided in the village of Marrat (the province of Deir ez-Zor). Three Syrians were provided with medical aid, baby food, vitamins, antibiotics and dressing material.

Military medics have provided medical assistance to more than 225 people, including 62 children over the past day.

Families of the Russian community received targeted aid in Mogamba, Midama, Hamdani, and Zagra districts (Aleppo). They received 13 food sets with a total weight of 65kg.

In total, since the Russian Centre for Reconciliation started settlement process, it carried out 1896 humanitarian actions. The total weight of humanitarian cargo delivered amounts to 2,908.66 tons.
