The Russian side jointly with the Syrian government continue implementation of post-conflict measures in the Syrian provinces.

There are favourable conditions in most areas of the Syrian Arab Republic that enable IDPs to return back to their homes.

Due to taken measures, 73,731 people have returned back to the Eastern Ghouta from refugee and IDPs camps. Over the past day, 91 people have returned back to their former places of residence.

Military medics have provided medical assistance to more than 71 people, including 30 children over the past day.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides has held two humanitarian actions over the past day in the towns of Kafr Nan (Homs province) to hand over 650 food sets with a total weight of 2.8 tons, and Tafas (Daraa province) to deliver 650kg of flour and 1,950kg of rice.

In total, since the Russian Centre for Reconciliation started settlement process, it carried out 1876 humanitarian actions. The total weight of humanitarian cargo delivered amounts to 2,855.66 tons.

As a result of negotiations with the elders of the settlements and leaders of illegal armed groups, in Southwest de-escalation with the assistance of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides, insurgents surrendered three tanks, two howitzers, five antiaircraft guns, one heavy machine gun and three pickups, as well as a large quantity of ammunition of various types and calibers over the past day.

Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, there are still cases of ceasefire regime violation by illegal armed formations in the Idlib de-escalation zone. Insurgents attacked the following towns over the past day: Arafit, Qalaat Marza, Nahshabba, Saraf, Ikko, Latakia province, as well as Rashidin-1 and Castello districts of Aleppo city.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides urges leaders of illegal armed formations operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone to cease hostilities and move towards peaceful settlement of the situation in areas they occupy.
