Peaceful settlement of the conflict and rendering of comprehensive assistance are the main vectors of work in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Meanwhile, illegal armed formations breach ceasefire regime in the province of Aleppo.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation urges armed group to cease provocation actions and strictly adhere to requirement of the Memorandum on De-escalation Zones in Syria.

Measures are being taken to restore peaceful life in the provinces of Hama and Homs provinces. Rubbles are being removed, and roads are being cleared in the settlements of Homs province.

Russian military police organizes observation posts in the settlements of Kharet-Tukman, Talbiseh and al-Rastan, Homs province, to prevent provocations and register inflow of returning refugees.

Over the last 24 hours, 109 people returned to Homs province, 109 people – to the Eastern Ghouta. Due to taken measures, 70,522 people have returned back to the Eastern Ghouta and 106,415 people - to Homs province from refugee and IDPs camps.

Despite the efforts of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation, situation in the Southern de-escalation zone is worsening because of terrorists operating there. There are clashes between armed groups in order to redivide spheres of influence in the uncontrolled territory of Daraa province. Terrorists seize food and medial supplies from civilians, men, including minors, are forcibly recruited by armed group.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation carried out a humanitarian action in the settlement of Deir al-mays, al-Quneitra province. People received 650 food sets, bottled drinking water, medical supplies and the bare necessities. The total weigh of cargo amounts to six tons.

Military medics have provided medical assistance to more than 119 people, including 61 children over the past day.
