Reconciliation of opposing sides and stabilization of humanitarian situation are the main vectors in political settlement of the crisis in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, the Russian-Iranian-Turkish Joint Coordination Centre has registered several cases of ceasefire violation in the province of Latakia.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation received a telephone call from civilians of Idlib province reporting on a provocation prepared by the White Helmets.

As reported to the Russian Centre for Reconciliation, six trucks with White Helmets logo arrived in Idlib province on Sunday, June 24, as well as a truck carrying personal protective equipment, containers with liquids, video equipment and seven missiles.

Having arrived, four unknown persons wearing special clothes and individual protection gear loaded warheads with liquids and powder.

Armed missiles were taken by the truck heading to the town of Maarat al-Numan.

Shortly afterwards, the motorized column with members of the White Hemlets also steered towards Maarat al-Numan.

Measures are being taken to restore peaceful life in the provinces of Hama and Homs provinces. In the settlements of Homs province rubbles are being removed, roads are being cleared.

Over the last 24 hours, 191 people returned to Homs province, 119 people – to the Eastern Ghouta.

Despite the efforts of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation, situation in the Southern de-escalation zone is worsening because of terrorists operating there. It was reported that illegal armed formations carry out forced conscription of civilians.

Representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation held a working meeting with representatives of Syrian law enforcement bodies in al-Bass, al-Quneitra province. The sides agreed on functioning of humanitarian corridors for evacuation of refuges to camps, and on locations of posts for surrendered militants.

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation organizes humanitarian actions in the settlements of Mesraba, Damascus province, and Qadiriyah, Hama province. People received 650 food sets, medical supplies and items of the bare necessities. The total weigh of cargo amounts to six tons.

Military medics have provided medical assistance to more than 353 people, including 170 children over the past day.
