I am pleased to note that in the passing year Russian-Indian privileged strategic partnership was getting stronger. It was reaffirmed by our recent meeting in New Delhi. I would like to thank you again for the cordial welcome on the hospitable Indian soil.
I am convinced that the time-tested Russian-Indian friendship has a bright future. Undoubtedly, the New Year will bring new achievements in various spheres of cooperation between our countries.
