DRYUKOV Anatoly Matveyevich was born in Voronezh city on September 4, 1936.
In 1960 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 1961 he joined the Foreign Ministry and was posted in Pakistan, Zambia, Singapore, and India, was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR and the Russian Federation to Singapore (1987-1990), to India (1992-1996) and Armenia (1998-2004).
Mr Dryukov has a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (retired).
He speaks English and Urdu languages. For many years he dealt with the South-Eastern Asia region. For a long time while not abroad he worked in the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and the Russian Federation.
Mr Dryukov has the experience of working on all diplomatic posts from an assistant to the Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
Mr Dryukov is a member of the International Academy of Sciences of Nature and Society.
