
CHERNYSHOV Albert Sergeyevich was born in Voronezh city in August 18, 1936.
In 1959 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
1959-1967 – an official of the Foreign Political Information Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
1967-1971 – an official of the Embassy of the USSR in Vietnam.
1971-1973 – the first secretary in the Foreign Political Events Planning Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR
1973-1976 – a Counselor to the Foreign Minister’s group.
1976-1981 – the Principal Counselor of the Foreign Political Events Planning Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR
1981-1982 – the Head of the Foreign Minister’s group.
1982-1987 – a personal assisstant to Foreign Minister of the USSR.
1987 – the Head of the General Secretariat and a member of the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
1987-1993 - the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR and the Russian Federation in the Republic of Turkey.
1993-1996 – the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.
1996-1999 - the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India.
From 2003 Mr Chernyshov has been a member of the Supreme Council of the “International Eurasian Movement”.
He is decorated with the Order of the Red Banner of Labour, the Order of Friendship of Peoples and The Order of the Badge of Honour.
