Esteemed Mr Minister!
I would like to express my gratitude for the congratulations on my appointment as Chairman of the Russian part of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation. I fully share your high appreciation of the Commission’s role in strengthening the special and privileged strategic partnership between Russia and India.
I warmly recall our meeting in Moscow on April 24, 2012. I am ready for active joint work with Indian colleagues to address current issues of the Russian-Indian interaction in the spirit of frankness and partnership. It will undoubtedly contribute to successful accomplishment of considerable tasks set before the Commission.
I would like to cordially congratulate you on the coming 80th jubilee and to wish good health, happiness and further success in your important activities. I sincerely look forward to our new meetings.
