ESTEEMED MR PRIME MINISTER,

PLEASE ACCEPT MY SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS ON NEW YEAR 2012.

YOUR RECENT MOSCOW VISIT GAVE A NEW IMPORTANT IMPETUS TO THE PROGRESSIVELY ADVANCING MULTIFACETED BILATERAL TIES BASED ON MUTUAL RESPECT AND TRUST BETWEEN THE PEOPLES OF OUR COUNTRIES.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO FURTHER COMPREHENSIVE REINFORCING OF OUR RELATIONS OF PRIVILEGED STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP. I AM SURE THAT THE POSITIVE THRUST AIMED AT IMPLEMENTING THE AGREEMENTS IN KEY SPHERES OF BILATERAL COOPERATION WILL FACILITATE NEW TANGIBLE RESULTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF RUSSIA’S AND INDIA’S PEOPLE.

WITH BEST WISHES FOR THE NEW YEAR (HANDWRITTEN),
