         H.E. Mr Dmitry Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation, presented condolences to H.E. Dr Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, in conection with numerous human casualities in the railroad accidents in Assam and Uttar Pradesh.

IT WAS WITH DEEP SORROW THAT I LEARNED THE NEWS ABOUT NUMEROUS HUMAN CASUALTIES IN THE RAILROAD ACCIDENTS IN ASSAM AND UTTAR PRADESH.

I EXPRESS MY SINCERE SYMPATHY TO YOU. I SHARE PAIN AND GRIEF OF THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE OF INDIA.
