Reconciliation of opposing sides and stabilization of the humanitarian situation are the most important areas of political settlement of the conflict in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Despite the ceasefire regime being established throughout the country, illegal armed formations breach ceasefire regime in the provinces of Aleppo, Latakia and Daraa.

Measures are being taken by Syrian government jointly with the Russian side to stabilize post-conflict situation in the province of Damascus.

According to the results of the monitoring of situation in Hawsh-Douar, performed by the representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation, the scope of recovering significant facilities have been defined. People are provided with medical aid. Local authorities jointly with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent organize delivery of food and drinking water.

Due to improving humanitarian situation, 68,206 people have returned home in the Eastern Ghouta from refugee and IDP camps.

The Syrian security forces are working to grant amnesty to former members of illegal armed formations who decided to return to peaceful life in Yalda, Babilla and Beit-Sahm. Since May 11, in total, about 4,000 people have already passed this procedure.

Engineering units of the Syrian Army trained by Russian specialists continue mine clearance operation in the southern suburbs of Damascus. In the area of the former Palestinian refugee - Yarmouk Camp, the Syrian engineers have checked 29 buildings to defuse five mines, six HE projectiles and 17 improvised explosive devices.

Situation in Hama and Homs are being stabilized; people are returning to peaceful life.

Representatives of the Centre for Reconciliation held a working meeting with the leadership of the local government of Izzedin. Deadlines and the scope of recovering three schools and a medical center. In addition, the post-conflict centre has been checked, where Syrian citizens are granted amnesty, declared by the Syrian authorities.

Russian military police organizes observation posts in Kharet-Tukman, Talbisah and Al-Rastan to prevent provocations and other illegal actions.

Besides, there was a meetin in Aleppo, where ceasefire agreements have been signed with Abtin and Kudehy, the province of Aleppo.

The Russian Centre carried out charitable actions in the Asada Mosque and the school Alfun al-Ashra of Aleppo to improve the humanitarian situation. At the end of the Ramadan fasting day, the Russian servicemen deployed field kitchens to provide people with hot meals and about a ton of bread.

The Russian Centre carried out humanitarian action in Al-Salihiyah, the province of Deir ez-Zor and Izzedin, the province of Homs. People received 950 food sets, medical supplies and the bare necessities.Total weight has reached four tons.

Russian military medics have provided medical assistance to more than 374 people, including 217 children.

Recovering of social infrastructure and establishment of peaceful life enables people to return back to their homes.

Over the past day, 204 people have returned to Homs province, and 117 people – to the Eastern Ghouta.

Measures taken by Russia, Turkey and Iran stabilize situation in the Idlib de-escalation zone; civilians return back to their homes in Aleppo province. Over the past day, 1003 people with private properties have passed through the Tal-Sultan – Abu al-Duhur humanitarian corridor. Since May 31, in total 5,968 people and 1,070 pieces of equipment have passed through the humanitarian corridor.
